Ananya is a PhD student in the macro-algae group at NORD University. Her research focuses on identifying DNMTs (enzymes required for DNA methylation), CpGs and its distribution through out the genome. The phylogenetic analysis of CpGs and methylation status can also reflect about epigenetic regulations.
