How to apply and get reimbursed
Step 1: Apply to Photosyntech for a writing retreat grant
NOTE: To apply for a grant, you must be a registered student member of Photosyntech.

Step 2: Cover your costs
Once the grant has been approved you can to book your and cover your costs.
- Save all receipts for the reimbursement process.
Step 3: Reimbursement
We can pay out the writing retreat grant up front. Let us know in the application. Payouts or reimbursments must be done by your host institution by invoicing.
