Pepe is doing his master project at UiT with Kirsten Krause. He works on differential gene expression of Dryas octopetala under thermal- and parasitical-stress, mimicking climatic change. The research will include both real world field samples and data from our climate-controlled laboratories in Tromsø, tying into a bigger project revolving around Fragaria vesca.
