Chhavi Dudeja

PhD candidate – UiO

About

Chhavi is a PhD student at the University of Oslo, studying how heat stress shapes the 3D genome, epigenome and mutation patterns of Arabidopsis thaliana across generations. She combines high-throughput phenotyping, PacBio HiFi sequencing and long-read chromatin conformation capture (CiFi) to find out whether these changes are inherited and help plants adapt to heat, with relevance for crop resilience under climate change.
