Menghour is a Ph.D. candidate at the Department of Chemistry, Bioscience, and Environmental Engineering at the University of Stavanger (UiS). In his project he will synthesize microalgae biomass with potential antioxidants and extract them for nutraceutical/pharmaceutical application in the context of the circular economy.
